What: Running workouts built to improve your running ability. 
            ALL levels welcome!
When: Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.  (Next session starts January 10th)
Why?: Because you love to run, you want to start running, or you just want
             a great workout!
Cost:  $40 for 3 Months
